hi friends ,haven’t been on for a while.so I will fill you in on whats happened,had a lovely holiday in Portugal with Lesley,it was 2 weeks of lovely sunshine,still working very hard,and most of all,no sign of gambling nearly 3 years now,,health wise,things not to good at the moment,5years ago I had major surgery on my left shoulder.and now im in agony with my right,and after seeing specialist I need the same on my right.but never mind it could be worse,and their are people worse off.i hope alls well with you all,and life is good,so until next time take care and best wishes bonkers

on my way to work ,last Wednesday,i bumped into a guy who I new from my gambling days,in conversation I asked him hows the family,he replied I don’t see them much now they have meved to luton,and my wife is divorcing me,and I only see children every other month,it was the gambling and lies,it won in the end ,and now im deep in debt with no way out,i gave him Gordon moodeys number,but he replied I don’t need it,i love betting and I don’t think I could change,so I bid him goodbye,and for a second thought that could have been me,and now I only hope he gets help,

well done ruthless on your 3 months.i to was at gma for 3 months and it changed my life,im now 2 years down the line and gamble free,it will take time to adjust,and you will find the odd moment when you will be doubted by some.but stay focused and don’t take chances,slowely move forward and the rest with help along the way ,you will make great strides ,good luck,and keep posting and go on line,

4 years ago myself and Lesley went to scarboro,it was when my gambling had got out of control,we didn’t enjoy it,i was lying and hiding my gambling problem,lesley new I was not telling the truth,and the holiday was a disaster,but on our return,we have put all our troubles behind us and had a lovely time,what a difference 4 years can make.and I hope that sends a message out to those who are struggling,thier is light at the end of the tunnel,you just need to tell your love ones the truth,and with help along the way,you will come out the otherside,best wishes bonkers x

hi all,just a few lines to let you know whats happening,went to Wembley last week to see my beloved man city win the cup.lesley was their as well and we had a great time with all the blues,then it was back to work were we are having a major redevelpoement with new changing rooms ato match our state of the art gym.so very busy fhier,its Monday so im on line with g moody,i get a lot out of it,and like to listen how others are progressing.goimg to a show on Saturday with Lesley,musis Frankie valie.so that’s all my end love to all.bonkers x
