Gambling therapy staff / invisible people , i’m on day 33 and not one of you has said well done , keep it up , hey your doing great, i mentioned this on day 26, you really need to get out of your armchairs and connect with us, you maybe cured but some of us are not, and the ones on the signpost who are doing nothing need to to be removed from it because you are doing nothing .

Day 33 another chilling out day today, so disappointing yesterday , best player for scotland was the referee. But hey no-one died. Lots to think about regarding the gambling and what to do in place of it.

Well done on everything from treating yourself to binning the letters, your doing all the right things, i too have never had spare money for a long time although it isn’t a massive amount it certainly helps and is so much better than having none.

A beautiful day here in North England, my partners coming over soon and were going to visit my mams resting place (4th anniversary) . Then looking forward to the rugby later today. Life is good . I choose life.

Awoke at 10.54 am and because i’d thought of gambling today going home off night shift at 6 am. I was tempted for a few seconds but thought better of it and went back to sleep , on awakening later i thought through the consequences of doing the deed and decided not to . Life is good. i choose life.

Hi idi , i get it your worried about the www and groups like gt and you just don’t know who you are talking to . But thats the way it is we have to trust that people are genuine on any social media site we don’t know personally. Hope you get checked out at the doctors , two months is a long time to have flu symptoms .

Had a great night last night at the quiz, always a good laugh and you get to learn new things . Busy practical day today, before 12 hour night shift tonight. life is good.

just tried your helpline , Helplines should be 24 hours , gambling therapys is not , now there is a suggestion.

Yes a bit sarcastic there, but 25 days gamble free and not one of the admin/staff posted on my thread to say well done until i prompted them (velvet ) when i posted about losing my sister in october same thing (will they ever learn) i doubt it, they obviously log on when they can be bothered to, sorry but home truths hurt.

Yes Velvet i am right , i would suggest that you sort out someone from your team to look after the journal side of things and post on our threads regularly . It clearly is not good enough .
