I am going to keep this opening entry short as I’m absolutely distraught at the moment and cant properly think nor write out my story. I just want to start this entry today as I am experiencing the feelings that I am right now for future record. I also just took Xanax (safe prescribed dosage from doctor for panic attacks)

I am fearing when I wake up tomorrow and it clicks in that what I did today really happened. The depression I’m dealing with now is a state of shock and since I lost the money I have been in whats like a paralyzed state staring into open space while thoughts race through my mind on how much of a screw up I am. I don’t know where to go from here really. It will take me forever getting the money back by working and until I do, I feel like I wont be happy as i have experienced this before at smaller levels.
I feel if as I gambled away time. The money can come back with hard work over a long time.

Ill be back probably in 2 days to write more detail and tell my story about gambling and seek advice.

I wish I had a way to turn the calendar back 1 day and erase what happened.

Bed time….will sleep as much as my body needs to so I don’t have to think about the realities I am facing.

      Hi,

Don’t give up. I just lost everything in my bank account this past Friday. I have done this numerous times just like how you have. I totally get the roller coaster ride as it really feels that way when you get a winning day you are at the highest of highs and on a losing session you could feel like not doing anything.

The only way to get back to normal is stop gambling. Take it one day at a time and being honest with people around you would help.

Hope you feel better this morning. Keep in touch.
