Due to greed ,i lost 500+ and cashed out the rest. End of the day i still earned from gambling but i cannot accept the fact that i lost $500+ and wanted to end myself the other day. How do i deal with this lost? How can i accept the lost?

      The best way to accept the loss is to abstain from Gambling as a whole. You will most certainly loose a lot of $ on the long run, I think it’s better not to even venture into the act than trying to break free from the addiction in the nearest future

      Hello…yes…I’ve had a couple gambling cousellors in the past…One said exactly that…Abstain from all of gambling;
      Next counsellor I had said maybe I could pick just one or two lotteries I like and
      try that?
      I’ve since discovered online sports gambling…I’ve lost way more money than I’ve won 🙁
      How does a person accept and understand there will be withrawal symptoms??
      How do I NOT listen to the voices saying stuff like
      “it’s only $10 bucks” etc
      yeah, it’s only $10 bucks….but If I do that 5 times a week…all
      of a sudden I’ve lost $50 for that week!
