Feels like a radio is on in my head. Over thinking my past and memorys coming in to my head is to much I gamble to escape my life. Without gambling I can’t switch off. I did a whole month but had a slip up on Saturday the feelings were to much to handle and I couldn’t switch of so I gave in and now I feel even worse
