As I recently said in another thread, I did what people on here advised me to do and had myself placed on my states self-exclusion list from the casinos which means that now I can’t go back unless I want to risk arrest by the state police. I’very never been arrested in my entire life and I’m not about to start.

SElf exclusion must always be done as a start in these situations. But i failed many times even with self-exclusion. I went to different towns, sneaked in past new staff etc.

But it helped me break the most destructive cycles 🙂
