My mood — swings to and fro
How and why – I really don’t know?
My mood is different – each and every day
How I am going to wake up – I couldn’t say?
 
My mood changes also — from one minute to the next
One minute I’m happy – the next minute I’m vexed
My mood goes from being – o.k. and glad
To suddenly me feeling – miserable and sad
 
My mood sometimes – drives me insane
It can cause me so much — inner pain
My mood at other times — I feel is o.k.
How the hell do I keep it – that way?
