So on Monday I have gone a whole month without gambling. Today is so hard I’m so low and feeling strange. I’m so low and all I want to do is gambling. I’ve been like this since this morning and the urge is getting harder. I’m so low and really struggling with my mental health as well this over whemling feeling like a dread.
