The last time i posted i was writing about substituting one addiction for another. I have still terrible problems with this. At present gambling bets are in my head although i am a montyh from being 3 years free. Work and health means things are still tough. Colm you emntioned a book title devaitions along the roadd to recovery. I couldent find this book in ireland, maybe you might post me the author and i could see about getting the same.
