Good evening everybody
Overall it was an ok day, I have not crashed again into bad habits. Even thi it was not simple. I had some news from my parents about money. And it was really challenging not thinking about gambling. As soon as I have bad news about money or feeling like somebody needs money from me, I stress very much. I felt my heart racing like I had not enough money. I have to make piece with money and feel a bit better about my situation. I need to make money grow but other ways, healthy ways.
