in my third day of recovery and was feeling a little angry yesterday. i think because of the mess i have maade of everything. didnt feel any urge to go gamble, but im sure it will come. jus trying to stay focused not think to far ahead.

If possible, please could you use the same thread for your updates rather than starting a new one each time?  It just makes it easier for people to keep track on where you are on our forums in order to respond to you and support you.
