I’ve just realised I need support too. Tried many times to just stop but as u know its too easy to just have a quick bet. I also have a good job and loving family but I know they won’t put up with it forever. Even when I win I loose as I put it all back in just out of greed, I really want to stop and today I will not gamble. Keep strong mate and just think of your little one before u nip to the card game. Why not buy him: her a new toy and aswell the pleasure on there face as u give it to them. That’s what I am going to do today. That must be worth more than that miserable tone at the bookies.
