Welcome to the forum and well forum on taking a positive step. I look forward to reading your updates.

As Dunc mentioned, there are new member groups on Mondays and Thursdays. I found these very useful when I first joined the forum, and can strongly recommend them, there Charles provides some excellent advice that is tailored to member’s individual situations.

If you wanted to post some added information here on your gambling history/background, that would also allow members to provide advice and directly relate to aspects of your recovery.
