Please use the F&F only groups.

 

If you are unsure how to get into a group just click on the Live Advice Helpline.  When the group is live simply click on ‘Join’.

 

To get the times of groups click on ‘Our Services’ and then click on ‘Online Support Groups’.  

 

For a short trial period the only time a group can be entered is in the first 15 minutes of the hour.  It would be good even if you just said ‘hi’, although I would obviously hope for a bit more.  The groups are now free of connection lags making inter-reaction so much easier.    I am still saying the Serenity Prayer every Tuesday just before 2100 hours UK time in the hope that you might be there is spirit with me and so you can know that someone is thinking about you.  

 

I know how lonely it can be living with the addiction to gamble in your life and feeling nobody understands.   I know how difficult it is to set time aside just for ‘you’ but please try.  I hope to offer a soothing oasis for you in you in your busy and often confused lives, to refresh you in a comfy cyber space room where there will always be a welcome – and judgement-free understanding.
