Here again x that’s a good thing , we are still trying . I feel for what ever reason I am an addict ,feel at the moment addict too what ever , gambling under controll for good while now ,gonna say gambling has no effects on the body but it does thinking back , it makes you feel ill , makes you feel mad , makes you feel like its the end of the world . it’s not keep fighting x take whatever tiny tiny thing keeps you going and work on that x deviation at the moment for me , but I will work on that too x the other options don’t come in to it , still here still going forward one day at a time x
