I started my gambling on an online game with roulette. Followed a friend’s strategy, I started to build up some decend amount of cash. I knew I would lose someday, but was never expected to lose this big. The ball landed on 0 three times in a row and I lost everything I had on hand. With steam out of my ears I took all I had left from the bank and lost them in one spin.

The money isn’t real but I feel my gambling problem has appeared. How should I avoid this? should I just compeletely give up casino?
