Look at the things that are working for others – which of those things can you apply to your own situation? Barriers can help a lot, if you gamble online then you can get a blocker for your computer or phone. Restricting access to funds helps – who could help you by holding your money for you and with accountability?
Finding other, more positive ways to fill your time is also important. Kep posting here and maybe let us know a little bit more about the type of gambling you do and on the positive steps that you can start taking.
