Hello everyone. One thing I have been missing in my recent attempts at recovery are good and adequate roadblocks. Things I can do to prevent, or at least slow down, my gambling. Thanks to a response from Mike in another of my posts, I have discovered a good online blocker for Mac computers, K-9. Larry also suggested restricting credit card and banks from sending funds to online sites? Not sure I understand how to do this? The sites all seem to use dummy processors in which the name is constantly changing…can anyone share more here?
I’m hoping people might use this post to talk about roadblocks they have set up and used. What has been successful and what hasn’t when it comes to these roadblocks. I appreciate feedback from any and everyone.
