I am new to group and hope it can help me. I usually go to casino twice a month. I can’t control myself when I am there. I take a certain amount and before you know it I am at the cashier asking for more. Recently I took cash advances and the next day did not even remember taking them. I stay up all night thinking I am going to win. I want to reduce the gambling little at a time to a point where it is out of my life. I feel terrible that my wife does not know how much I am gambling. I am hoping this group can help.freddy12
