Day One

This is the first day of my recovery. I’ve had many “first days” and I’m hoping this is the last one and from here the number will only grow. 
My gambling story is long, very long. More about it in the days and months to come. I’m very weary now and sick of myself. Disgusted actually.
I’ve decided to keep my journal daily here, to help me organise and sort my thoughts.
My last bet was yesterday, on Christmas day at 7:01pm
