Hello everyone my Name’s Bishal . I’m 26 from Nepal and Based in London . I have been gambling past 6 years . And it has been a secret for ever . I haven’t told anyone of my family members or my girlfriend ( I live with ) !
I came to England to complete my degree but never happened instead I was learning to gamble . I’m sure you all know the sensation during your early periods of gambling . You start to become greedy when you win and you go back and lose all your fucking winnings 🙂
Well the cycle went on and on and on ….
And now I have overstayed in this country ! Can you believe that ?Sometimes I don’t believe it myself . I Don’t have the right to work and I can’t even go back home country even if I want to . Havent seen my parents for last 9 years .
Gambling has ruined my life and ive accepted that if I don’t stop now it will never stop .
I have this belief that change is possible With great self awareness and self control .
It’s not going to be an easy journey but I will take it as day by day .

You can stop gambling I promise you. The important thing is to use the support that you have available. I see you are in London so as well as this site you will find a lot of Gamblers Anonymosu groups there.

Hi Bishal, as Charles says – you can stop gambling .

For me the only way was to close all doors to gambling – no cards, no access to gambling online and no money – until I broke the cycle .
