Hi Catalano and welcome.
While I’m happy you have found this site I’m sorry you needed to find it!
Admitting our addiction is a great step so congratulations to that!
It would be great to read some more of your story, it’s not an easy road we walk but there’s plenty of us to walk with you.
You are not responsible for your addiction, but you are responsible for your recovery and I hope you find some good tips and ideas to help you manage this horrendous addiction.
First days can be hard, so reading and posting can be a good time filler to start the process.
