*****. we all know how hard it is to stick to our promise of not going gambling again. it will take some time to dim the urges and first you have to inhibit them by substituting something to do in place of gambling. it will get your attention redirected. also read more threads and posts on this site for help. of course you are right, you have to ban yourself, and when you get kicked out a few ***** you will not go back again i ***** you. so you need help, we all have needed help. just stay positive and put up barriers, limit the money you have access too, always remember the bad ***** gambling, how losing hurts and also gambling is not an option it will not do anything but worsen the situation. stay strong. i need help
