4-6-12 Hello I am Sami. I am a compuslive gambler and I know I need to stop — my life is unmanageable and i just cant go on like this. I have spent my money as well as my daughters money. I am so blessed to have her- but yet i keep doing the same thing! Today i gambled– so today I made up my mind to do something different. Today I will begin writing in the journal———- I hope this will motivate me and encourage me to continue staying bet free-one day at a time! This is the last month I want to worry how I will manage the rest of the month — I usually dont need much – but my daughter deserves a lot more than what I have been doing. I have spent time trying to figure out what triggers me — but honestly – it is just the desire to gamble. Such a sick mind I have! One day at a time!!! Trust in the Lord.
