You probably heard this many times but I did. I lost my family, home and friends. I started gambling when I went for a vacation in Macau. That was the first time I went to a Casino. I would gamble all my money and stay at the casino to watch other people play. My life is miserable. I feel so empty.

Well done on looking for help. I am sure you will have read many stories similar to your own here, you will also have read some of the success stories- what are they doing that you can apply to your own situation?
You can stop gambling I promise you.
Keep posting and maybe tell us a litle more aobut your situation. I also hope to hear of the positive steps you are taking. There is a lot of support available to us these days, it’s important that we use it.
