Hi i want a espcape plan from betting i have target of around 8000$ which i achieved now .Now i just want i have only access to 1000$ and remaining 7000$ should be locked somewhere i read about somewhere that Skrill have some kind of program where they can lock your Money for some period of time but its not anymore .Do not tell me to buy something or invest somewhere i want to locked that money so i cannot play and my money would remain safe

Welcome to the forum. First up I would suggest attending the new member groups that are held on Thursday and Mondays, you will receive some great advice in these meetings.
For your specific question regarding locking your money away somewhere that you do not have access to it. If you have a close friend who you fully trust, that could be one way to go about it. You could for example send any money you want to save to that person, and then if you ever want to purchase anything with that money, you have to go through that person first thus reducing the temptation and ease at which you can gamble with it.
