I Was looking for barriers to put in place to prevent/make it difficult to gamble in the future. Called bank to see if i could put a limit on amount that can be withdrawn in a day and a limit on total amount withdrawen in week, they said you can put such limits on your account so i will do that next week. Also i will attend at least 2 GA meetings in a week. Will try to plan evenings and weekends in advance so i have no "idle time". Reading a lot of books at present to keep mind occupied, not necessaily to do with gambling but about succussful people who have had to struggle in life and i will try to get inspiration from this. A while back i read Nelson Mandela’s authobiography. The lesson i got from it is that Nelson Mandela spend 27 years in prision, yet he never gave up hope. When he got out he probaly had one of the most fulfilling and successful lives you could wish for even though he was quite old when he got out. The reason i wrote this is that i have been in "prision " for 9 years and am still only 27. I have more years ahead than behind me. This should also be a lesson to anyone who is  a CG, its never too late no matter how long you have been in prison.
