i have been on here in the past when have had some bad losses compared with the amount i can afford at least, maybe not lot compared to others. until now though had left money on the sites. until now that is. just emptied everything back into my accounts at a slight loss over the last few days but this is it. day 1 of NO GAMBLING of any kind. how long can i go??? hopefully a long time, preferably forever.
