I am stopping slots again. I stopped for an entire year and then started again this past week. I then went crazy and have been going to the casinos daily. I realize I was right to stop the first time. It is too hard to stop when I start. It’s not about winning even…it is more about continuing to play and get that next bonus round high.

I can’t go another year wasting my time and money at slots. It is addictive and there is so much more I can spend time and money on.

I have not shared with any peers, friends or family and appreciate support. I stopped on my own before and am determined to do it again before it just gets worse.
