Right now its 5am I woke up 2 hours ago with that feeling in the pit of my stomach. Its been 5 days since I’ve gambled. This is my second post I had the same feelings yesterday a post seemed to really help really relax me. I work hard at keeping myself busy and right now am only really starting to realize how deep into my addiction I really am. Still haven’t talked to anyone besides the good people on this website, and I don’t know how. Its easy for me to write this down but to tell my wife family and friends is going to be near impossible. Any advice would be most helpful. Happy 24 and ill be having to really put my barriers up today.
