It’s never too late to stop gambling! What barriers have you put into place? Have you looked at the videos here? There are many useful tips. Have you banned or put a blocker on your computer? GA meetings? We have to be proactive in our recovery. Use all if these things to help you. Keep going and posting here. Don’t give up!!
