I attended my first group yesterday for New Members and found it very helpful.

Money Management – Reducing access to money and being held accountable for anything spent is very important

nAction: Continue to keep both a budget and a spending diary , and have someone else control the money for now. Important Note: While someone else will have the money, I will still manage my own finances in that I budget for and decide where it is spent, but I do not have access to it without going through that other person.
