Days Since Last Betting: 132

Another week over, Overall, happy with how the week went, no gambling or urges, days since last betting are rising, and items like money accountability, main blockers etx all remain in a good place.

That said, I have gone a bit of routine with less frequency of items like exercise, attending topic or SMART groups, and visiting the forum. The plan for the rest of this week is go get back to making those more regular and frequent.
