drugs (more than 30 years), alcohol(more than 9 years), sex(moderate).

I have less than 5 years of abstinence in the following:
binge eating(moderate), workaholism (moderate), gambling (644 days).

There will be more stability and strength in staying stop after crossing the 5 years mark for me.
Turning my life of hopeless end into endless hope.
