The book titled “Strange case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde” is a horror novel about a respected doctor who transformed into the evil Mr Hyde.

After I binge on alcohol, I can turn into a person that I have trouble to control, the same apply to compulsive gambling just like Dr Jekyll turning into Mr. Hyde.

As long as I do not pick up the first drink or first bet, I am safe.
Whenever I try to take control, I have already lost control.

I must remember to not even try to control the alcohol and gamble,
it is like trying to control the uncontrollable beast!
