Relapsing is the hardest. The false hope, the vicious circle of it all. Thinking you have control, and this time will be different, you won’t chase the losses, you’ll withdraw the money this time…. the list goes on.. and on. .
We have all been there.
The decision is hard, but there is ONLY one answer to this. You have to stop. There is no winning, it’ll never change. You will continue to post about the set backs.
