It was somewhere around 14th March 2022
I suffered a full blown relapse in gambling and seek professional help in counselling

I suffered a lapse in gambling on 23rd April 2024
My counsellor help me realize that I was doing it wrongly; I was still depending on my own strength to stop gambling
I start to seek God and like minded person to live my life in recovery dependence on God.
God has help me stayed gamble free for 548 days or 18 months

Journaling in GT has provided me the resources to look at what I was like in previously years and what I was like right now.
