I had surgery to remove an infected cyst on my right face today. The nurses who took my blood pressure was all surprise that I suffer from hypertension or high blood pressure but I refused to take medication.

I used to be a heavy drinker. If I bother to take my medicine, I would not have drink heavily. Now that I have quit drinking for many years, I still have difficulty taking my high blood pressure medicine.

Starting tomorrow, I will journal about my disobedience or obedience in taking my medicine.
