Read the otehr stories here, you will r4ead a lot that you will realte to. You will also see the success stories – what are they doing that you can apply to your own situation?
You will see that barriers can help – get yourself banned from your localcasinos. Ask your usual online sites to exclude you.
There are also blockers that will stop you signing up at others.
Keep posting here and maybe I wioll see you in onme of the groups soon as well where i can give you some more suggestions as to steps you can take.
