Well this year is going by fast I am 149 days gambling free feeling good I do have a few gambling thoughts not real urges just thoughts . I am starting to forget why gambling was a problem but i know at times it did cause me problems and stress which is why I came here in the first place. I have a much more balanced general mood now I dont gamble I do get bored now and again but much better than the roller coaster of emotions that happens when gambling.
