Hope you guys doing well. sorry if I had a bad grammar. im not really good at it.

I just created a new account because i cant find my user before. as I remember already posted here my journey to forget about gambling

anyways, I posted it around 2012 about poker gambling habit. this is the only gamblig game that im addicted.

the first 2 months it was not easy, but i manage not to go to poker room. while fighting the urge, there are times that the game was on my dreams and nightmares.

then the urge has gone and i remember 5 months later no poker i thought im clear. until 1 day i got some extra money on my hand,

im fighthing the craving then suddenly i was on the poker room because the card room was  near my working place.

i win some and loose some, then the habit returned. to make the story short from 2013 until now i returned to poker gambling habit. 

Im writing again on this journal because I Believe that im compulsive gambler.. i want to end. as of writing this i know sudden stoping is not really the permanent solution.

self exclusion and self banning to the card room are my next step. I message the card room FB that im going to banned my self to their room,

they said i need to go their personally to do the paper works, i said can i do it online..they said it should be personal

that is what im afraid of, i dont want to go to their room because might trigger me to play. 

i know not going to card room cannot help, if im banned to the room psychologically it helps. because I already did it to the online poker room I self banned to all online poker that i know.

and until then im not playing online anymore.

so please help me with my journey to forget all about this poker gambling habit

I went to card room awhile ago. Talk to the manager and security. And ask them to banned me. They are reluctant and gave me silly smile. Just what i thought, I think they are not serious about this matter. Then i insist, they give forms and formal letter. They ask so many question, why and why. The security talk outloud why im banning myself i think to embarrass me or to hear it with the players. That doesnt stop, i signed the letter and paper works, Picture with cctv. Told the guard outside if it happens to see me around the room kick me. The feeling is different but not free at all. But now i can have a deep breath.
