I’m a problem gambler. Like most of you out there who lost everything and now is in deep debt. I tried quitting the real thing. But I constantly still plays card games on my phone. Does this help or it just wont end the vicious cycle. You win some you lose big

I hear you, and it takes courage to talk about being a problem gambler. Playing card games on your phone might seem harmless since there’s no real money, but it can still keep those gambling urges going and make quitting harder. It’s often better to avoid anything that resembles gambling altogether

It’s often better to avoid anything that resembles gambling altogether, even things like https://ggbet.co.uk/betting/sport/counter-strike/186/all/0/location/upcoming to give your brain a real break. If you can, think about talking to a counselor or joining a support group — you don’t have to deal with this alone.
