Hi all im new here,its the first time ive ever asked for help and I know I really need it.I am a problem gamberler I know its wrong but I keep doing it mostly online.I feel ashamed of what im doing and I know its wrong but I keep doing it.I’ve never stolen or let bills not be paid but what money I do have left I just seem to blow it….when icould be spending it on my wife and kids..pleas any advice or tips would be really appreciated…its making me ill…thanks
