Ok so an idea that Beem said has helped him is that he has a cue card in his wallet.
On one side he has written 3 positive things that will happen if he doesn’t gamble. On the other he has written 3 negative things that will happen if he does gamble. He keeps it right next to his money so that IF he ever has a strong urge to gamble he would see it before gambling.
He may already have written about this elsewhere but I felt that a good idea like this deserved it’sown thread.
