I am from the other forum so I hope you don’t mind me writing to you on here .
Your son is truly blessed to have such a caring dad .
I can see the stress this addiction is having on you as a family.
You say you can see no end to this addiction so I thought it might be helpful for you to pop over to the other forum and read about people who are controlling it – Vera, Geordie , P and Kathryn spring to mind – they have each built up a considerable amount of gamble free time .
It is probably not very helpful to you but I Read your post this morning and something in it really inspired me in my own recovery – I cannot quite put my finger on what it was – but thank you .
