28 hours —no on line black jack —no baseball parlays—-i am done !   played basketball today great on defewnse bad on offense but played 2 solid hours no heart attack either!  I am really excited to be gamble free and i thank all the fantastic peolpe liked to this site i must use all of them in SERIOUS manner from hear on ou this Gambling illness has ceaed being funny period thank you  ALL -i=Irwin C.how can i quit?

Good to see you back on track again. Sometimes it is a journey.. Some people are able to stop from day One.  For some (like myself) it has taken longer.. I think every time we slip we learn something new about how to help prevent it further the next time.. Keep going Irwin

Way to hang tough these last few days.  You can do it, you really can.  Playing basketball was a good way to occupy your time.  I went bowling last weekend.  Spent only $50 for 5 people.  I can’t even remember ever spending less than $500 in two hours at the casino.  So just be strong, because you can do it!
I also checked out the website for the facility in Prescott.  The thing that got me was the that you must stay a minimum of thirty days.  I don’t know if I am ready for that, so I will continue to chat with my friends on here, and hope that everyone keeps me strong.
