hi, today after 14 days gambling free i gambled again. more than i had planned, i was soooo bored, that is what triggered it. i had just had enough of everything, i got soooooo bored so i went to kill some time, it is my way of coping with boredom. as a consequence, i am now angry and not proud of myself. maybe i should just diei need help
